You may voluntarily provide information when you:

  • email Rhowela directly;
  • book a Clarity Session through Cal.com;
  • submit information requested during the booking process;
  • communicate before, during, or after a session; or
  • interact with an external website linked from this site.

Depending on how you interact with the website and external services, information may include:

  • your name;

  • appointment date and time;
  • time zone;
  • answers to booking questions;
  • communications you send;
  • payment status;
  • technical information ordinarily transmitted when visiting a website; and
  • other information you choose to provide.

Please do not submit sensitive medical information, confidential pharmacy information, protected health information, financial-account information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data through email or the booking form.

2. Clarity Session bookings

Clarity Session scheduling is handled through Cal.com.

When you use the booking link, Cal.com may collect information such as your name, email address, scheduling preferences, time zone, booking responses, and related technical data.

Your use of Cal.com is also subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy and terms.

3. Payments

Payments for Clarity Sessions may be processed through Stripe or another payment processor made available through the booking platform.

Payment processors may collect payment-card information, billing information, transaction details, device information, and other data needed to process and protect a transaction.

4. Video calls

Clarity Sessions take place through the video-conferencing platform identified in the booking confirmation, which may include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cal Video, or another selected platform.

The video provider may collect information needed to provide the meeting, such as your name, email address, IP address, device information, and meeting-related technical data.

Your use of the video platform is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Unless the participants expressly agree otherwise in advance, Clarity Sessions are not recorded by Rhowela.

You should not record a session without Rhowela's prior written consent.

5. Direct email communications

Email is not guaranteed to be secure. Do not send highly sensitive or confidential information by email.

6. Calendar information

The scheduling platform may check connected calendars to determine whether appointment times are available.

Calendar conflict checking is intended to identify free and busy times and prevent double-booking.

The information a calendar provider or scheduling platform accesses is governed by the settings and privacy practices of those providers.

7. Automatically collected technical information

The website host and supporting technology providers may automatically process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as:

  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • security events; and

This information may be used for website operation, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and performance.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or cross-site tracking.

The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for website operation, security, domain routing, or functions supplied by the hosting platform.

The website records a limited set of interaction events using its own first-party infrastructure so that the site owner can understand which pages, projects, resources, and booking links are useful. Each recorded event may include the page path visited, the location on the page that was clicked, the link text, the destination URL, the referring site host, and a coarse device category (mobile, tablet, or desktop).

First-party analytics do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, booking details, form content, IP addresses, or other sensitive personal information. No visitor identifier, session cookie, browser fingerprint, or persistent tracking token is created for analytics, and separate actions are not linked to the same person.

The information is used only to improve the website and understand overall visitor interest. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

External websites such as Cal.com, Stripe, LinkedIn, Amazon, Juniper Dylan Press, or a video-conferencing provider may use their own cookies and tracking technologies once you leave this site.
