FOR MOMS
Pregnancy and new-mom resources
If you found me through one of my pregnancy or motherhood books, welcome. I know how quickly this season can fill up with questions, appointments, lists, late-night searches, and a lot of wondering about what comes next.
I created these resources from the perspective of both a pharmacist and a mom who remembers what it felt like to want clear, practical information without having to sort through everything at once.
You’ll find books, planners, trackers, companion resources, and practical tools through Juniper Dylan Press, all created to help make pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum, and early motherhood feel a little more manageable.
WHY I CREATED THESE
I wanted to create the kind of resources I would have wanted myself
When I was pregnant and becoming a mom, I remember how often I found myself looking things up, making lists, wondering what was normal, and trying to keep track of everything I was supposed to remember.
As a pharmacist, I naturally wanted reliable information. As a mom, I wanted it to feel practical, understandable, and useful in real life.
That’s what I try to create now: resources that make the next step a little easier to understand without adding more pressure to an already full season.
WHAT YOU’LL FIND
Practical support for the things you may be thinking about right now
- Preparing for pregnancy and birth

- Companion resources for my pregnancy and motherhood books
- Practical planners, checklists, and digital tools
- Articles about pregnancy, motherhood, medications, and everyday questions
These resources are educational and are meant to complement, not replace, care from your own healthcare professionals. They aren’t a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
